Step 1
1) First, download Huawei P9 Plus B370 Update.zip from above and extract it.
2) Now create a folder dload in the root of your SD card and place the update.app file in that folder.
3) Now dial *#*#2846579#*#* from your phone dialer to open a hidden menu.
4) Now select Software Upgrade and start SDCard Upgrade.
5) Now select and run the update.

Your specs are wrong and relate to the Huawei P9 and not the plus version. Are you sure you are referring to the same phone?
Sorry for the confusion on specs I’ll update it later but I’m sure it is for Huawei P9 Plus model. Also you check the changelogs to confirm which refer to VIE-L09 model which is P9 Plus.
