How to Install Android 8.1 Oreo on Razer Phone –
1) Enable USB debugging and OEM Unlocking option from setting>developer option>. To enable Developer Options, go to About phone and tap the Build Number 7 times.
3) Download ADB and fastboot driver for windows or ADB and Fastboot for Mac and install it on your PC.
3) Download Android 8.1 Oreo Factory image for Razer Phone from above and extract it in ADB folder.
4) On ADB and Fastboot folder, press shift+right click and click on open command here.
5) Now check your connection by typing the below command
adb devices
if your device is listed, you’re ready to flash the ROM
6) Now Plug your device into your PC and boot your device into Download mode (Power + Volume Down).
7) Now type the below command to unlock the bootloader (If already have unlocked bootloader skip this step)
fastboot flashing unlock
8) The above step will erase all your data. Now pass the below command in download mode to Unlock the Bootloader Critical Partitions.
fastboot flashing unlock_critical
9) Once the phone reboot, boot into the Download mode again and type the below command.
flash-all.bat (For Windows)
./flash-all.sh (For Mac)
7) Now your phone will flash all the necessary files. and reboot
8) Done! Reboot your device.
