Dear sir mera Redmi note 3 8.5.1.0update hi gaya hai lakin kuch issues arahe hai jese ki screen recorder kaam nahi kar raha hai aur bhi issues ha.i please contect me.
I am using Redmi note 3 but facing a problem since day first.
I am using two SIM card Airtel and Jio, when I am going to use Airtel mobile data then Sim2 Jio is not working ?
Please suggest me what should I do.

The reason is that both of your sims are 4G Sims, and Redmi Note 3 supports only one 4G sim at a time. Since airtel suppports both 3G and 4G bands, so when the internet is active on the Jio sim airtel sim works in 3G mode, but on the opposite side Reliance Jio supports only 4G bands. So, whenever you switch to Airtel internet, Airtel sim starts operating in the 4G band, and the other sim slot (Jio one) switches to the 3G band. Since there is no 3G band support for jio, hence the SIM stops working.
