How to Change China ROM to Global ROM Redmi Pro
After installing MIUI 9 Beta ROM on Redmi Pro, you can easily Chinese bloatware or convert China ROM to Global ROM on Redmi Pro with few simple tweaks. For that XDA Senior member Psy_Man shared a guide with that you can easily Change China ROM to Global ROM Redmi Pro. You need a device with Unlocked bootloader and a Rooted device. After that open build.prop and add this line at the end of build.prop:
ro.product.mod_device=scorpio_mam_global ro.product.locale.language=it ro.product.locale.region=IT persist.sys.timezone=Europe/Rome persist.sys.language=it persist.sys.region=IT ro.product.locale.language=it
Now change the Language or Region of your country (For Example- you see “it” or “IT” it’s for Italy). Where you see “scorpio_mam_global” (Mi Note 2), change it with your device code [Ex – Mi 5 (gemini), Redmi 4x (santoni), etc.]. After that reboot your device to Globalize China ROM. Now all the chinese content from system apps like music, browser, etc. will completely remove.

Hey, I tried using TWRP to install this ROM but once it’s finished, the phone reboots and stops on the Mi logo. Please Help
