device will reboot and install the update automatically.<\/p>\n<p>7) Done!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method 2 \u2013 (To update Nougat to Oreo)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) Requirements for this download\u00a0all three update, data, and public files (make sure you rename the files as mentioned above) and copy them either in the external SDCard inside\u00a0HWOTA folder or in the PC in the C:\\..\\HWOTA\\update folder.<\/p>\n<p>4) Run the\u00a0<strong>update.bat<\/strong>\u00a0file as an administrator, It will ask you if you copied the files. Press any key to continue.<\/p>\n<p>5) Now connect your device and\u00a0Reboot into Bootloader mode using \u201c<strong>Volume Down + Power<\/strong>\u201d or just use \u201cadb reboot bootloader\u201d then press any key.<\/p>\n<p>6) The above step will install TWRP on your device.<\/p>\n<p>7) Now\u00a0Disconnect USB Cable and turn off your device and use \u201c<strong>Volume Up + Power<\/strong>\u201d to enter TWRP.<\/p>\n<p>8)\u00a0Once you\u2019re in TWRP mode, plug in the USB cable again and press the Enter key on your computer.<\/p>\n<p>9) If your files are saved in the HWOTA folder on the SD card,\u00a0<strong>type 1<\/strong>\u00a0and press ENTER and if\u00a0files are saved in the HWOTA\/Update folder on your PC, type 2 and press ENTER.<\/p>\n<p>10) It\u2019ll ask you the update type, again\u00a0<strong>type 1<\/strong>\u00a0and press the Enter button twice.<\/p>\n<p>11) Done!
