Just before its major MIUI 8 released Xiaomi rolling out MIUI 7.3 China Stable ROM for their devices. The MIUI 7.3 update has several bugs fixed, enhancements and some new features. Xiaomi already released the MIUI 7.3.2 Global Stable ROM for Redmi Note 3. Other devices will soon get the Global update but for now, MIUI 7.3 China Stable ROM is available for many Xiaomi Devices. Recently, MIUI 7.3.3 China Stable Rom for Mi 5 is out, the update is rolling out OTA. You can check the OTA updates via Settings>About phones>System Updates or you can also Download MIUI 7.3 China Stable ROM for Mi 5 or others from below and flash it manually.
