5) Now wait for some time to complete the process.

3) Now turn off your device.

    Hey,
    So i updated my device (GRA-UL10) to the B390 build. It works good but:
    1. This is not android 6.0.1. still android 6.0.
    2. My model name changed from GRA-UL10 to GRACE. Do you know why and how can I fix this?
    And last but no least, how can i know what is the latest build? I found site that says it is the B371, and site that says it is build B391. So, which one is currently the newest? And how can I know?

        Good Day
        I’m using A Huawei Gra-LO9 which is P8.
        I downloaded OTA Update for Huawei P8 and save as update.zip then opened a a new folder on my sd card which is “dload” and move the update.zip into it,switched My phone off the pressed volume up + down and power bottom.wen it was about to start updating it gave me an error massage saying “software updating failed”

        I tried to dial the code for hidden folders the chose update software,sdcard update,but it said there’s not software update on the card.

        please assist sir
