How to install Stock B584 and B585 Marshmallow Firmware on Huawei P8 Lite –
Method 1
1) First, download Android 6.0 Marshmallow ROM for Huawei P8 Lite from above and extract it.
2) Now create a folder dload in the root of your SD card and place the update.app file in that folder.
3) Now dial *#*#2846579#*#* from your phone dialer to open a hidden menu.
4) Now click on Project Menu -> Software Upgrade -> SDCard Upgrade.
5) Now select and run the update.
6) Wait until the installation process is complete and then reboot your device.
7) Done.
Method 2
1) Download Stock ROM for Huawei P8 Lite from above and extract it.
2) Now create a folder dload in the root of your SD card and place the update.app file in that folder.
3) Now turn off your device.
4) Now press “Volume Up + Volume Down and Power Button” together. The update process will start automatically.
5) Now wait for some time to complete the process.

Perhaps a stupid question but I just bought the P8 Lite and really HATE the EMUI 4.0 and will do almost anything to get a clean marshmallow installation. Will this installation do this or just install the Huawei EMUI again? And by the way, what do you meen with “Your device must be on stock firmware and stock recovery”. If I had a stock firmware I didn’t have to do this installation.
This update is also based on EMUI. If you want clean AOSP ROM then Root your phone and flash any CM/Lineage or AOSP based ROM’s

No to update your device your device must be non rooted with stock recovery
What if I download the one for dual sim but run it to P8 Lite single sim?
