Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the Project Pioneer program and whether it’s worth buying.

It seems that there’s a lot of controversy swirling around this and similar programs, and that’s because there are so many courses out there that promise to help us make money online, but fail miserably.

Project Pioneer has been making some waves online over the last few months. So naturally, the question on everyones’ mind is:

Is it a scam or a legit dropshipping course?

Here’s what I think.

First, What Is The Project Pioneer About?

Project Pioneer (PP) is an online dropshipping business course created by Connor Shelefontiuk, who has run several profitable dropshipping stores.

He spent a few years testing different techniques, before coming up with the method laid out in PP. He’s now telling the world about his successes, and making students aware of the mistakes he made along the way.

Connor’s goal is to help you establish a successful dropshipping business by teaching you the techniques he has used to generate an income for himself and other entrepreneurs.

But, Is Dropshipping a Good Business Model?

Dropshipping is a really great way to make money. It works well with anyone who has internet access, since you don’t have to handle any products or worry about storage or inventory. That means anyone can do it, anywhere in the world!

Over the past 3-5 years I’ve seen how the dropshipping landscape changed dramatically.

It’s very different now and there is well over $100 billion dollars being spent every year on the internet. The barrier of entry to start in dropshipping has never been lower. People can’t get enough of buying stuff online and that means that the market can only continue to grow…

So, not only is dropshipping a good business model, but also this may be the best time to give it a try.

Now, is Project Pioneer the best course you can take to do it?

Before telling you what I think, let me show you what this program has to offer you:

What Can You Learn with Project Pioneer?

The Project Pioneer course is pretty comprehensive. It contains eight modules that will guide you through how to start your dropshipping store from scratch, understanding sourcing, product research, market research, and more.

Each module features professional design, detail-rich content and an easy to follow step-by-step tutorial. The course itself is delivered in the form of over 75 lessons

Project Pioneer modules include:

Module 1: The Mindset

The first module is an overview of what dropshipping is and some of the key reasons why you should be doing it. It’s not very detailed or technical, but it will give you an idea of what dropshipping is and where you can go from there.

Module 2:  Foundation

This is where you get your products in stock and ready to go. It’s when you’re able to test different products, monitor sales and change your strategy on the fly. The second module will show you how to set up a store minimally and start testing different product categories.

You’ll also learn how to create a Facebook ad account so you can get paid traffic for your dropshipping store.

Module 3: Identify & Take Action

This is the most important lesson of them all. It’s not enough to just get started selling on ecommerce/dropshipping platforms like Shopify or Amazon. You need to be able to identify which products sell well on these platforms and which do not.

Connor walks you through his process of finding products that people want to buy. This includes looking at trends in search terms, researching product suggestions, and searching for hot selling products using his “Pioneer Protocol”

Module 4: Testing

This module will show you how to set up your Facebook Ads so you can test different ad variations and strategies. It starts with the basics of testing including which ad to use, where to run it and how often.

You’ll learn about the importance of testing over time and how to set up a structured test plan. Then, Connor will walk you through setting up your first campaign.

Module 5: Optimization

The optimization module will teach you how to set up your ad campaigns, increase the number of clicks you get per day, how to retarget users who have left your site, and how to improve your landing page.

Module 6: Scaling

In this module, you’ll discover how to scale your business without getting tangled in the technical side. You’ll also find proven strategies for scaling any business, including creating multiple websites, blogs, or landing pages to increase your sales.

Module 7: Maintain & Replicate

This module is all about keeping your momentum going and replicating your success.

I know it is easier said than done, but this is what makes or breaks many an ecommerce business. To be successful, you need to be able to take the knowledge that you have gained from your first product and apply it to future products. If you can do this, your chances of becoming successful increase greatly.

Module 8: Email & SMS Marketing

In this module, you’ll learn how to set up an email or SMS marketing campaign so your business can keep in touch with customers. You’ll also cover the best tools for running a successful email or SMS marketing campaign.

Module 9: Bonus: Product Launch

In the bonus module, you’ll find a number of videos from Conner on how he performs marketing for his products. You’ll get a sneak peek into what it’s like to market an ecommerce business with a product launch, and the most effective ways to reach new customers.

What I Think About Project Pioneer

There’s finally a course specifically designed to provide you with all you need to start your very own dropshipping business. And it’s taught by Connor Shelefontiuk – an experienced online entrepreneur and dropshipper who has carved out a successful niche for himself and is now helping others do the same.

The course is about the results that ACTUAL students are getting – you won’t find any bogus claims or pie-in-the-sky promises here. You also won’t find long, boring lectures full of filler content – It’s streamlined to get you the information you need as quickly as possible.

Expect loads of video lessons covering everything from picking a niche to setting up your dropshipping store. Connor knows what he’s talking about and it doesn’t get more straight forward than that. The entire course is designed to answer every question you’ll have along the way.

Each of the lessons found within the Project Pioneer training is short and concise. I found this approach to be efficient, since you can go over each of the topics in a short amount of time.

The lessons are more focused on practical advice and less of a theoretical lesson. You will know exactly what you need to do to succeed.

Conclusion: So, Is Project Pioneer a Scam?

Absolutely not.

Project Pioneer is a legitimate program that goes over the best strategies for constructing an online store to make the most sales. Understanding your customer, knowing your market, and developing an effective marketing strategy are essential skills to start in dropshipping, and they teach you all of that through action-oriented lessons.

Overall, the training is excellent and provides you with everything you need to know to succeed as an online dropshipper.

It’s not an overnight success story, but if you’re willing to work hard and follow the program’s steps, you can build a successful dropshipping store of your own.
