4) After a few minutes/hours, you will get a Unique Port Code (UPC). Keep the message safe it will be required in future. (The UPC is valid for 15 days only, so once you receive it, port to your desired operator within 15 days)

6)  Now walk into any Reliance Digital Store or Reliance Digital Xpress Mini stores with Porting UPC, Jio offer code, and 4g device.

7) Submit address proof, id proof, and photographs at the stores.

8) After submitting documents, Reliance will issue a new Reliance Jio SIM card. It should take up to 7 days to activate, and a fee of Rs.19 will be charged.
