Will this work with the chinese version of the phone? I bought the oneplus 3 from china and it comes without play store. I want to install this rom and override to get global rom.
I can not get into TWRP or stock recovery…the oneplus logo just flashes real quick and then looks to power off…any idea what the issue is?

If you are rooted and TWRP installed then Yes
If I am not rooted, can I still flash Oxygen OS? my One Plus 3 is from China btw. so its Hydrogen OS.
Another Question, After I successfully install Oxygen OS, will my Hydrogen OS be present in the memory? if Yes how do I get rid of the old Hydrogen OS? it may be taking up my memory…
And last question, do I have to wipe data before the install?

Had the chinese version and was able to install stock oxygen (downloaded direct from oneplus) just by going to phone updates and selecting local option, no need to even go into recovery! Impressed!

flash the recovery using fastboot command…fastboot flash recovery recover-file-name.img and then boot directly into twrp using Volume down+Power button. Also, you can try fastboot boot recover-file-name.img
