Method 1

No the firmware is only for dual sim variant…If you try it on Single sim variant it may brick your device.

Not possible. This (and any other update) will not turn a single sim phone to dual sim.

You need to buy a dual sim variant. Not all P9 lite phones are dual sim. An easy way to check this is to look at the box of your phone. If there are 2 IMEIs on the sticker on the side of the box, then your phone is dual sim. If there is only one IMEI there, then you have a single sim phone.

Heyho, is it possible that someone with an VNS-L21 [Dual-Sim] share his/her custom.bin and oeminfo?
To get this files you need an unlocked boot-loader and root.
Here are the commands to use:

Impossible! Dual sim means that two different IMEIs are present. Check your phone or its box. There’s only 1 IMEI there….
Btw my phone’s version after the update is VNS-L21C900B120 instead of VNS-L21C432B120 that is mentioned in this post….

put the .zip file on the dload folder of your sd card with pc and press volume up + down + power buton and hold them. its going to say update failed and a button apears to the screen reboot system. press that and problem solved.
